There are many things to do and see for those wishing to get out and about. There are 2 waterparks close by and a trip to Khan’s Tent is well recommended for an evening’s entertainment.

The picturesque Old Nessebar – a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the oldest towns in Europe, is a short drive away, either by bus, taxi or mini-train. Take in the historic sites and ruins whilst walking around the narrow cobbled streets. Enjoy a drink in one of the beach-side café-bars with fabulous views over the Black Sea. Nessebar really is a must-see for anyone visiting Sunny Beach.

Bourgas, the nearest city, is worth a visit if you want to do some shopping. There are many café bars where you can sit and enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by.

For those wishing to journey a little further a field, a trip to Pomorie is recommended and it is even possible to take a trip across the border to Turkey. 

The Beaches in Bulgaria are clean and safe and offer a variety of water sports to suit all from paragliding to pedaloes.
