The Sands is a small complex of recently completed, attractive apartments in an central area of Sunny Beach. It is close to everything required for a great holiday.

 It is an excellent location for those wanting to holiday in a quiet area, but just minutes from all amenities.  There are shops, restaurants and bars within 2 minutes walk, from the apartment complex, with the heart of the resort and the beach only another 5 minutes stroll away. Other amenities within close proximity include banks, a hospital, police station and a post office.  The walk to the beach is mainly through a pedestrianised area, with the resort being flat throughout, making it easy to get around on foot.

The facilities within Sands include a swimming pool, sun-beds, a snack bar, a BBQ area, 24 hour reception and security, on-site parking, laundry area and a small children’s play area

The apartment itself is neutrally decorated throughout with bedroom, hallway, bathroom, and living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. It is located on the first floor, for easy access. There are 2 balconies, the main one off the living room, overlooking the attractive pool area. The second balcony leads off the spacious bedroom.  The living area is fully air-conditioned and has a comfortable sofa and chair (both converting to beds) and television and DVD/CD player. The kitchen is complete with full cooking facilities.  The apartment can comfortably sleep five people.
